Hilton Garden Inn Chattanooga/Hamilton Place

Was pretty small room, couple. We had a king standard. The room was set up pretty interesting, but I'm sure it helps with noise. We were there on a Friday to Saturday check out. It was fairly quiet and the bed was comfortable, I am someone who looks at reviews. Bed being comfortable and quiet hotel is the most important to me. We did not eat for breakfast as it is fairly expensive in my opinion. we went to a beignet coffee shop a block over. The room or hallway smelt of weed when i arrived, I let the front desk know. Didn't want to get charged for something that wasn't me. I didn't mind and told them we didn't need to move rooms but to be made aware. That same staff member was the one to check me in, was a little stand off-ish or awkward, was strange. Almost came of as not welcoming, anoth

One of the cleanest, Nice Hilton Garden locations we have stayed at. One night stay, great beds, small pool for our son to take the swimming edge off! We stay here again anytime!

Positive: Location worked well for us. Negative: Staff at check in seemed annoyed that we asked a couple questions. Room had pealing paint in the bathroom.

The first thing we noticed when we watched in the lobby was that it smelled really good. The room was great. It was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. My only complaint was the water pressure. It’s terrible in the shower. We checked in with Anna and she was absolutely incredible! She was so friendly and welcoming. I would come back and stay again just because of her.

Nice Hotel, just no carts. Checked in to the hotel I was very tired, my room was on the 5th floor and it was a lovely room however, there were absolutely no carts to carry in the luggage and bags. I asked at the front desk and they didn’t seem to know where the carts were at. Same thing when I checked out. It is very frustrating when you have more than a couple of bags to load and unload and there are individuals that hoard the carts in their rooms all night so they are available for their use the next day. Hilton needs to implement a policy where people using the carts need to give their room number and then have to return the carts to the front desk after use. This is ridiculous. I was worn out by the time i checked out. Either get more carts or get a policy that ensures the return of ca
