Hilton Garden Inn Boca Raton

Room decor, amenities, and size were ok, but nothing to write home about. Decor was dark and could use some updating. Breakfast was $10 for Continental style (bread, coffee, cereal) and $16 for breakfast normally served in other much less expensive hotels (you know the kind) at no extra charge. If you’re traveling with a pet, be aware that the fee is $75. You can probably find better value elsewhere if you look. We didn’t do much homework so paid a lot for average to just below average value.

Pretty good hotel overall. Its a bit tucked away and doesn't seem close to much but everything is only a couple minutes away. The hotel room was nice, the staff was very friendly, snack and drink area had a good amount to pick from. Didn't try out the pool or the bar but saw lots of people at both everytime we went by

My husband and I stayed at The Hilton Garden Inn On Congress Ave for over 2 1/2 months. Our accommodations were great, we had a very spacious and comfortable room and bathroom and most comfortable bed, we slept like we were at home. We had good internet connection at all times. The staff consistently accommodated us in every way for our comfort and whatever our stated needs throughout our stay. In particular, the manager Gee was always available and very helpful to us and overall his staff and their efforts to please us, whether housekeeping at every time of the day, an extra refrigerator and extra daily towels to accommodate our special needs and dietary needs, they allowed us to setup the room and bring what we needed from home and truly made us feel welcome and relaxed in our home away

Outdated smelly rooms and carpets. Ugly lighting with glaring LED lights. No smart TV’s in the room and last I checked it’s 2026. Room was missing covers over the electrical sockets, not all of which worked. But the worst was waiting 90 minutes for their breakfast. Unacceptable. Of course they couldn’t refund the incremental cost of the expensive room rate for their crappy service. Conrad Hilton is turning over in his grave. Never again.
