Hilton Garden Inn Baton Rouge Airport

I've stayed at this hotel several times for business trips and the managers and staff here are the best! The rooms are/were being updated, so they were in a bit of flux and times, but I always felt welcome and well taken care of. Baton Rouge can be a bit of a rough area (not close to the hotel, but not terribly far away) and once they had some kids from some nearby neighborhood that tried to convince me to give them a ride home. Two boys about 9 and 11 and 2 small girls ages 4 and 6. The boys had riden the girls over on one very beat up bike (that they said they had taken from a neighbor boy- but that was ok- he had stolen it from somebody else. and the girls did look very tired. I was going to give them a ride, but went inside to tell the front desk what I was doing (in case I didn't

Positive: The location was a plus given I was 5 mins from my event. Negative: The carpet in the room was hidious --- old and smelled of feet, stains. Needs a regularly-maintained cleaning especially given it's older and highly frequented.

Just a great place to be at when you are away from home or, if you just need a hotel in Baton Rouge… Top notch service! Top notch staff… Rooms are nice, food is amazing!!! I dare you to run the AC at 60 cause it’ll run you out the room lol! In all seriousness! You will not regret your stay

The customer service and staff are top tier. Upon my arrival their systems were down (very apologetic) however because I had the Hilton app I was able to check in and use my digital key. I went back down about an hour or so later because I prefer a key card. The systems were still down but they were able to make me a key! Shoutout to Adeline (front desk staff) she was helpful and kind! The hotel could use an update but my room was clean. The location is also great and convenient! Will definitely stay here again just based off the staff and location!!

Room was nice and clean. Dinner as amazing, housekeeping make the stay great room was cleaned daily. Very close to airport
