Hilton Columbus Downtown

I wasn’t staying at this specific hotel. I was here for the vet conference and we had a happy hour at the Sparks bar and me and my coworker enjoyed it so much we came back the next night just to see the staff. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to do something extra for us. This is the best experience we both have ever had at a bar and wish we lived closer so we could come more often just for the service and great conversations with every bartender there. Thank you guys so much for making us feel special.

I stayed here for four days while attending a work conference, and the location could not have been more convenient. The hotel is directly connected to the convention center, so you don’t even need to step outside to get there, huge plus.||I had the pleasure of staying in one of the suites, and honestly, I didn’t want to leave. The room was impeccably clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. I had never stayed in a room with a separate powder room before, which was a nice surprise. And the shower? Absolutely amazing, the kind you could stay in for hours.||The hotel staff were fantastic, and there are multiple great spots for happy hour throughout the property. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, Amara made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was perfect for getting around easily. FYR had some great cocktails as well and I would come here just for a meal even if I don't stay at the hotel.

Excellent customer service. This hotel sets the tone for a wonderful day relaxing or exploring. It also sets the tone for bonding with friends and family. People were everywhere and yet I personally didn't hear one person complain about the hotel or its service. Many faces were smiling. I want to personally acknowledge Tiffany and Benny for great service.
