Hilton Chicago

This was our second stay at this property, and we will be back. Our room was a lake view with two queen beds on the 23rd floor. The views were amazing especially at sunrise. The beds were dressed with crisp white linens and extremely comfortable. The bathroom is small but has a heater and Crabtree and Evelyn amenities. Room temperature was easy to control and quietly kept us comfortable. Housekeeping service was efficient. |As at any property, the people make the difference. Front desk associate Paul was a welcoming and friendly professional. Ronan took great care of us in Kitty O’Shea’s Pub serving great drinks and tasty pub fare. Our package included breakfast which was a huge buffet with well made hot and cold items. Our breakfast server, Angel, was courteous and offered timely refills

A perfectly decent hotel. Having two bathrooms per room was a huge plus. The Christmas tree was lovely. However, that night a group of students was extremely noisy, and we could hear talking and shouting from other floors until late at night. It might get noisy if you stay during a party.

I’ve had a great experience which began as soon as I walked into the stunning lobby. Then when I registered, Carsawa H was absolutely amazing. I value positive interactions with people and she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My room is clean, spacious, I have a great view. I had to take away a star and the only reason is the lighting in the bathroom. It’s not good. Other than that, my stay has been perfect!

Beautiful vintage property. So much history. Very friendly staff plenty of elevators. The Irish pub has nice folks but skip the Italian beef(it was giving unseasoned and dry). There are no microwaves in the room. Location is amazing and the 720 lounge is great.

Average hotel!! Very busy but not much of a wait. They have the famous ballroom that you see in several movies. Their restaurant doesn't open until 4pm daily so if you want to eat you will have to go elsewhere. They do have a grab and go cafe with Starbucks coffee.
