Hilton Boca Raton Suites

To be fair the hotel listing was upfront with the fact that there was construction going on, however I might suggest that this be made a bit clearer. Several entire floors (below the open floors were undergoing extensive renovations and it was dusty and LOUD). The room I was in was large, and updated but pretty devoid of any real personality. Also, there obviously were some quality control issues. Small things like blue painters tape on things, paint splotches on the floor, broken remotes just showed the changes had been rushed. The biggest issue I had however was the fact that after I checked in, the stay mysteriously disappeared from my Hilton App (which prevented me from using the WIFI). Whiles these weren't deal breakers it just shows this place needs to work on quality control. Also,

We looked around and couldn’t find anything decent for a good price. We decided to give this place a try since it had higher rating. Rooms were so nice and clean and linen was crisp. The service was wonderful especially at the bar. We got two free drinks each as a voucher and free breakfast for our whole family. Food was freshly cooked in front of you by a nice gentleman. The pool was also really nice and clean with cozy fluffy towels. We really enjoyed staying here! Also the bathroom was pristine, new and clean.

Positive: Location Negative: the hotel is under heavy constructions, And the staff don’t care about it.At list let me know that I’m going into construction zone

Check-in was lightning fast smooth, efficient, and handled by staff who were genuinely kind while staying polished and professional. The room was spotless and impressively quiet, breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the peaceful street outside meant we slept straight through. For the price, the comfort and service felt like a rare find, and I’d happily book here again.

I liked the hotel, but there were too many issues for a 4 night, 2 room stay to give a good review. 1. First they sent my my daughter and family to a room that was already occupied, ooops. (luckily they weren't there, but their mess was). 2. There was construction going on. They said it was posted on the website. I got a better deal through Priceline and the warning was buried numerous clicks away in the fine print. We had to return to the hotel for baby nap time and the noise (and dust) was unpleasant. 3. Nice little pool and hot tub. But there were no towels. We went by the front desk and a staff member brought 5 towels, 30 minutes later and blamed the laundry. 4. The "Business Center" had 2 computers, but only one connected to the internet (and someone was writing emails). 5. Breakfast
