HillTop Inn and suites

For the price can't complain yeah the rooms are a little old but the hotel's old. The staff is very friendly there's on-site laundry which was great when you need to wash work clothes. If you need freeway access a place to shower and sleep, it works.

We were on our way to the cruise terminal in Long Beach and didn't want to get up at 3am so we stayed one night here. It was the cheapest option. This might have been so cheap because of the road work being done at that time. The road was closed so they probably needed to do something to entice people to invest the energy in figuring out how to get there. I did notice that the walls were exceptionally thin. The towels were worn thin and the size of a postage stamp. For the money it served our very limited requirements. There were no bugs, the TV worked, the sheets appeared clean. There was a gas station convenience store down the street where we got coffee in the morning. It was fine.

The female that worked night at front desk was rude. The maintenance and housekeeping was very respectful and helpful.the rooms were very clean this is my 4th time this yr. Staying here and I have no complaints , except I feel like they should rotate the front desk worker and housekeeping every so often cause I feel that the female that works nights wouldn't be so cranky if they would rotate them. Keep up the good work.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The Service is horrible, the staff is rude. There were maggots in the room. The sink has burn marks all over. When we reached out for assistance we were met with combativeness and unwillingness to correct or compensate for our horrendous stay. If you can stay across the street at the Motel 6. They have been great every time this hotel fails us which has been 2 out of 2 times.
