High Country Lodge

This place was great. Inside and outside smells like a 5 star hotel. Although there is a mattress laying on the sidewalk by the entrance, which is a little sketch. No heat, so I had to bring a space heater but that’s no biggie. Also I read that there is no door knobs , which is true. So I had to buy one of those before I came, I have a handy man at heart who just loves to help! Good thing to read reviews before you come. Would definitely stay again!

It's not a hotel. It's overpriced very small Apts. THE owners could care less about the tenants, the crime rate, or maintaining a damn thing on property. Only time you'll see them is collecting rent. Horrible management.

We stayed here for two months. Paul the manager is awesome. Before he became manager is when we first moved in. It was dirty, but a little cleaning and it was nice. They spray for bugs monthly so that is a plus. I liked the wood floors. They worked with us for rent. They allow animals.. for the most part it's quiet.

I was never given my deposit back. I moved in and the place was so nasty. I cleaned up the place really well. I would not recommend renting from these people. They are liars and terrible people. They told me it would take 60 days to get my deposit. But it’s been almost a year. I’ve tried contacting them and they are ignoring me. I talked to a lady and she was so rude, I’m not sure what her name is. Don’t rent from Anthony Cuomo, Jacob Flesher, or any other person who is a part of top rocks holding in Colorado, they will rip you off and take your money.

Awful! Awful! Awful! This is no lodge. Sketchy permanent residents. There was trash covering the entrance that on site mgr literally kicked away from in front of the door. Room had fresh cleaning solution on the floor as I entered. I slipped in the solution landing on my butt and arm/ shoulder. There was a bowl of fresh cleaning solution on the bathroom floor that my two dogs almost got into. The smell was awful! I couldn't stay. Was offered a refund if I cancelled, one month later and no refund. Repeated contact attempts have been ignored.
