Fabulous! Great room (kitchen, dinning, living plus master upstairs. 2 bdrms with attached baths plus 2 more bedrooms, hall bathroom (full) and laundry room on the lower floor. Not to mention the porch swing, picnic table, fish cleaning station, outdoor shower and dressing room! There are wrap porches with lots of seating and direct access from master bdrm, living room, and bedrooms with attached baths. There are inside and outside stairs and and elevator! We just had a family reunion there and it was perfect. We had space to be apart and plenty of space to be together.

Great place right on the beach. We had a large group staying for a few days and really enjoyed the space. The bulk of the bedrooms are all located on the 2nd floor and the kitchen and main area and additional bedroom are on the highest floor. There was plenty of space for our group both inside and out.. The boardwalk out to the ocean was in decent shape but could probably use some repair. A few minor repairs needed on the inside but overall in decent condition. Good location on the island with easy access to all the offers. I would stay here again.

Great beach house with 2 floors, a wrap-around porch, a spacious living area with kitchen & an island, and an elevator that is especially useful for all your luggage, supplies and those that have trouble with stairs due to being older or needing assistance sure to physical limitations. The amazing view of this beachfront house is enhanced by the great perspective from the 2 wrap-around porches & the upper deck/crows nest. Possibly the highest point in a mile. The issues we had were minor & typical of such houses. The elevator had an issue but they quickly resolved it. The WiFi/Internet had an issue but we restarted the main wireless router in the down stairs bedroom. The porch could use a bit of sanding but it was still good. Best thing was how many could stay there for our family trip. 3

Stay next door to this house several times a year for past 7-8 years. Really nice on outside and always rented. I tried to get some info about renting it, but the site says can't do same day rental. I tried several future dates. All same answer. I will have to call to get the info. I still would like to rent it.

Had a Fabulous time!! Early in the season not too crowded. Water still chilly but a wonderful long weekend
