Buccaneer Inn

The room was very clean and the ocean front view was beautiful.The staff upon check in was very friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will be coming back .

I enjoyed the ocean view room a lot. There were just a couple of issues. One was a humming motor sound that lasted through most of my stay that maintenance could not seem to shut off. And the other was the surprise at the bill at the end of the stay, Some hidden resort fees that I did not realize. Decided to not stay again and to rent an Airbnb instead.

Positive: Located on the beach. Had a nice pool. Negative: Advertised as a room w an ocean view. Dune blocked view of ocean.

We once again stayed for our Fall Break. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchenette served its purpose along with the refrigerator. Your steps from the beautiful beach of St. George Island. Service is good and friendly. Your restaurants are all within walking distance.

Overall although not a fancy motel, the rooms were nice and clean, well stocked with towels and toiletries. My daughter had booked for us and had requested an ocean view but it worked out we were one room back. It was okay and close to the beach access, just no view. The folks sitting by pool smoking weed was a negative for us. Overall a pleasant experience other than that. We love St. George Island!
