Hidden Mountain Resort

I want to thank Hidden Mountain for another lovely stay at their East property. The cabins are always clean and well stocked, but due to the snowfall we had while there, I got really to experience the maintenance side of things for the first time. Firstly, we couldn't access Wi-Fi when we arrived. I called the office and they sent someone right away to check it. He fixed it and kindly showed me what to do if it happened again. 13 inches of snow fell the first night of our two night stay. We took advantage of the pool table, video games and hot tub while we were "snowed in". Things weren't looking good the morning of our departure. Our driveway, as well as the roads across the property appeared treacherous. I called the office to see if they would give a bit of grace on the 11am check o

Highly recommend. Great family spot. Cabins of all sizes in mountains but 5 minutes from parkway. Gated community with front desk service. We love it and they offer some great winter rate specials. Not a more relaxing getaway than here.

Hidden Mountain Resort is an absolute gem in Sevierville, TN! The cabin we stayed in was beautiful, cozy, and incredibly well-kept: the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. We came down with a group that had booked somewhere else and came into a horrible cabin. Within minutes, we knew we needed to find another option. Having been to Hidden Mountain many times, we called y’all immediately. Everyone was super helpful and compassionate. We were able to book a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom cottage on the spot and head right over. Cottage 2507 was perfect. It met all of our needs, at a wonderful price point. Thanks so much! Y’all are truly the best!!!

This is simply the best resort in the Smoky Mountains. The location is close to everything, they are staffed 24/7 to check you in or help you if you need anything. The cabins are simply the best we have ever stayed in. We have been here many times and will continue coming back. We recently had a work retreat and utilized 5 cabins and had meetings on one of them. What a great team building experience. These pictures are from cabin 4136 Downtime what a great cabin.
