Hiawatha Motel

The owner was very nice and accommodating. Because of some ongoing cleaning in one area, she upgraded us to a different room so the noise wouldn’t bother us. Our room was spacious and clean. Some upgrades had been done to the room. It was equipped with fridge and microwave. The location is within walking distance of downtown and the amenities it offers, such as restaurants. This motel was a very good value.

The owner is very nice and accommodating. The rooms could use some repair, but they are clean and functional. Much better than staying at a lower price chain hotel.

Wonderful place to stay price was great had the jacuzzi room it was clean and alot kore then what we planned we really love the his/her showers the owner was accommodating very friendly definitely if in the area again we will stay again

Stayed here last weekend with our dogs as we were competing at a Flyball tournament at the UP State Fairgrounds. Amber took great care of us and our room was clean and we even got an extra cot! Love these family owned hotels…would definitely stay here again.

Needed a clean, safe, convenient place to stay on my drive to Canada and this motel fit the bill perfectly. I stayed in a renovated room and it was very clean and much roomier than expected. As a solo female I felt very safe staying here. The owner made sure that I had all the info I needed for a good stay and that she was available if there were any issues. I plan to stay here whenever I travel this way again.
