Heritage Place Houston Brookhollow

My stay was delightful. The Heritage is dog-friendly, the staff is kind, the hallways are quiet, rooms are spacious and cozy and the cleanliness is a solid 9/10. There’s no microwave in the room, but there is a mini refrigerator. The price was unbeatable, and they also have guest laundry on-site both the washers and dryers are kept clean. No more questions needed lol. Call and ask for Rosa! she’ll take care of you.

Positive: Had clean rooms, staff were accommodating Negative: Smell was very strong in the hallways of cleaning product, like headache strong. Next to a busy road so loud motorcycles.

Room has roaches so beware. Didn’t expect to pay a $150 deposit for a room that has roaches in it. I would’ve spent my money elsewhere

The people at the front desk were amazing, especially Rosa. The place and the rooms were clean and smelled great. We had an issue where our toilet didn't flush well and they moved us to a new room without any fuss. Would stay here again!

Very friendly and helpful desk staff. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities I needed. Only downside is that the nearby roads are very loud and you can hear them in the room. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.
