Heritage Inn & Suites by Capital O Baton Rouge I 10

We stayed out here for 2 days and honestly it was great! The room was super clean especially for the low price. The owner was super sweet and let us keep the microwave in our room for the time being. The staff was super sweet and they keep up with house keeping. It is an older building but the guy reassured us that the rooms were renovated and you can tell how excited he was. There’s wifi provided for us and amazon prime video! I believe it’s a family owned business which makes it a 10/10 for me because I felt safe. Definitely will be coming back here when I come down to Baton Rouge!

I stayed here with some family and we quite liked it. It is an older building so we were worried at first by the way it looked, but actually staying here was nice. When we first arrived, we were asked to give a cash deposit and then he gave us the cash back once we checked out. It was clean, our ac unit worked - heat and cold - and the staff was very friendly. The owner was nice and accommodating and told us the rooms were recently re-done. The room and bathroom was clean and we were provided with extra towels, a coffee maker, and other supplies for our stay. I would come again.

This is probably one of the worst places I’ve stayed at. The place looks like it’s falling apart and practically is; I don’t think any genuine care goes into running this establishment. The room felt hot constantly and the air conditioner did next to nothing unless you were RIGHT next to it. The bedsheets had burn marks in them and the hand towel hanger broke while we were there. Half of the channels on the TV either showed a black screen with faint static or were SUPER glitchy. The pavement nearly caused me to drip and fall down the steps because of how uneven it was, and SPEAKING of pavement, there were also littered and used condoms ALL over the place as well! The owner (or someone in charge, I don’t even know) seemed to be tweaking out as well; he got pissy over there being more than t

DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are hot and smelly and falling apart and disgusting. The "lobby" is like an oven and has missing ceiling tiles and is also gross. I was only there long enough to see how nasty the room was and in that shirt amount of time some random people passed by my room shouting. 15 minutes cost me the entire price - no refunds - but there was no way I was staying there.

Had one clothes hanger, just one. Holes all over the place in the walls. No soap or shampoo in the shower. And the front desk guy asked e for $50 cash deposit but I booked through points with my banking app. Obviously he wanted to pocket the cash. Drove past it the first time because it looked abandoned.
