Heritage Inn

At first we were pleasantly surprised, but the one star review is being generous. We arrived very late, almost 11 at night and were very happy to see late check out accommodations. The over night clerk made a phone call, without prompting, and then waived the late check out fees as a courtesy for us arriving so late. We did not ask for this, and were prepared to pay the fees, happily. In the morning we were awoken just before 10 on the room phone being told that since we did not pay the late check out we would have to leave immediately. After explaining that we didn't ask for the fee to be waived and would have paid, we were still told to leave immediately or the police would be called. No wonder their lobby is closed and they only operate from a window. The room was mostly clean, but

Stayed here after being in the road for 16 hours. Was so tired just fell asleep in my clothes woke up the next morning to bathe and couldn't because the tub was not clean. The manager was no where to be found and nor do they return calls when you leave messages on your comment cards. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't want a dog to stay here. The room was supposed to be non smoking but I smelled smoke better off staying my in car for what they charge.

Ok people lets be real!!!! They are not the greatest rooms in a hotel i may have seen. However they are remodeling and from what i have seen it's gonna be awesome! Maids are on a daily and as well seen them there as late as 9-10pm working to keep things clean. Management team here is undoubtedly so sincere, heartfelt, compassion, and polite!! Think about this, if you piss someone off........how do you expect politeness in return??? Anyways also CHEAPER than almost EVERY HOTEL within 5 miles. So give them a chance, you'll be satisfied, unless you are that up-tight then maybe you should have stayed at your house.

This has got to be one of the nastiest places I have ever attempted to stay at. Not realizing it at the time , but they have a paper sign posted , no refunds after ten minutes. Unless you walk into the room with a blue light looking to inspect the room your not getting your money back. The sheets I guarantee you are not washed. If they have a cleaning crew, those people have no idea what clean means. There were bugs in the bed. The bathroom was nasty ,hell everything was nasty. I would never recommend staying here unless you want to walk away with something you can't wash away. GROSS

I asked for a room. I entered and the bed had crusty hard stains on the sheets. I asked for a new room. The lady working the window shouted no. Instead you will get a full refund. It's wild they would let money walk away instead of giving a clean room to a paying customer. Don't come here unless you love being treated poorly and dirty rooms.
