Best Western Plus Arlington North Hotel & Suites

We only stayed one night but our experience was positive. The young lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfy. The breakfast spread had eggs, sausage, biscuits and various breads. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Best Western Plus Arlington. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the highlights was the full breakfast, which offered a great variety: waffle machines where you can make your own waffles, yogurt, coffee, and juice. They also had scrambled eggs and tortillas, which was a nice complement and not something you always find. Overall, a very good option with great value for the price.

Sam is the sweetest front desk lady I ever met. Even her voice is sweet. 💛 Thank you for providing excellent service. I love hotels. I will definitely come back. Perhaps, I'll be staying another night because of the snowstorm and my flight gets canceled lol Anyways, I highly recommend this hotel. The Continental breakfast is more than I expected, especially their coffee machine! Even has a milk steamer! In the room is huge. It even has a couch what 😊 I'm going to the gym now!!!!

Positive: The front desk staff was excellent and professional both at check in and check out. We found a bed bug in the room however, no manager was on duty to speak with and no one ever called us back. Negative: No manager available and no one ever called regarding bed bug. We checked out but had to find a new hotel for the 2nd nite, check ourselves/luggage for any others before contaminating our car/another hotel or our home. Best Western never called.

Rooms were clean and comfotable. The thing people write about the towels are true but just call the front desk and order more. The continental breakfast was one of the best I have seen. Not sure what the people who complained expected. Eggs, sausage, bagels, cream cheese, cheese, whip cream, waffle irons shaped like Texas, yogurt, cereal, toast, juice, I think coffee, I was stuffed. Staff was very nice.
