Heritage Inn Cleveland

Well starts out the parking is terrible. The shower don't work , the cock roaches are abundant.the staff acts like they speak no English so they don't have to fix anything. They give you a half roll of toilet paper for a week stay and you got to make two towels an wash rags last all week an they are stained up an dirty this place is absolutely awful.

Terrible place to stay! The towels were nasty looking and they we're clean. The phones were not working and no ice machine drink machine or nothing. They owner came beating on the door every morning and they were very rude. Would not remove our trash from that day or give extra pillows or towels

Don't stay at this hotel! My family and I were looking for a decent place to stay and after seeing a coupon for a great price we decided to stay here. We were given the handicapped room (117). It was terrible. I opened the dresser drawer and there was a roach in the drawer and you could see feces in all of the dresser drawers from roaches. It took about five minutes after being in our room and bugs started coming out every where it was like we were in a bad horror movie. This hotel also has bed bugs we saw three of them in the one bed. Also, for being a non-smoking room you could heavily smell smoke in our room. Nasty nasty!! This hotel is not worth staying at even at a cheap price. We ended up leaving and driving to another hotel in another city one without bugs. Beware.

If I could rate no stars I would! Who won the customer service LAX as much as the rooms do for cleanliness put on our arrival we were rudely spoken too then having almost to squeeze by the parked guests due to a poorly placed retaining wall sitting in front of our room was a lady whom apparently recently had been evicted from the we were about to enter was being questioned by law enforcement. So uncomfortably entering our room we were greeted by the warm musty smell of loathing and depression was only matched by the filth that sat in the tub around the toilet and vanity. One would think after paying 20 over the advertised price you'd be able to wash up from a day of travel and relax at the least right?! ... Nope not here!! so after having to clean the place before we showered the was cloth

Basically you get a storage unit divided by walls, as I was told. Couldn't believe the lady yelling through a small window about a coupon she wasn't honoring. We did understand her, so we left.
