Beautiful place nice location. Needs better property managements. Management thinks they can change laws and pull guns out on tennets and wave it around. Never fixes things in a timely manner. Other than that the place is beautiful when mowed and kept up.

If he spent half the time on the roads as he did mowing it wouldn't be too bad. Big potholes offset speed bumps... sounds like a new muffler to me

Very good to me & my family! Very appreciative for them letting us move in to one of their newly remodeled double wides. Our new home is perfect & they helped us get out of a rough place.. Very thankful!

first off we were interested in renting a trailer that lady who was supposed to show us never showed up it was going to have a neighbor show us the trailer, when we finally got into the trailer there was literal PCS on the floor there were drugs everywhere in the whole floor was fixing the fall in there was water damage all over the walls I would never rent from this place ever!

It look like dump it trashing yards and it looks like junk yard. I used live there it was beautiful. Now it went to the dog. Look at yard there not taking care of . Needs whole make over
