The Carriage House Inn

We did not stay here but our friends and their group rented all of the cabins. All are newly decorated, clean comfortable. There is a large grassy backyard with a fire pit and plenty of seating. I would stay here in a minute. The main house is absolutely beautiful - 2 story, white with large columns and porch. Plantation style mansion home.

My daughter and I stayed there overnight on a motorcycle trip. The owners treated us well. The accommodations were very clean and nice. I have nothing but good things to say.

The Carriage House is beautiful. The owners are so sweet. They go above and beyond to make your stay awesome. We had such a wonderful relaxing stay. Everything was exactly as described. One of my favorite experiences was feeding the chickens.

My husband and I stayed for one night in the Rider’s Den. It is a charming little cottage that is perfect for 2 people. Well maintained and was clean. Ashley, the owner, text us the day before our visit with step-by-step instructions on what to do when we got there. They have a beautiful property, it is quiet, and the chickens are a great touch! I would love to go back for a longer visit!

If you are thinking of staying here, or ever get the chance to visit, I'd say one thing: Do it. We came over from England and absolutely loved a change from the usual tourist hotspots frequented by the Brits! There were three simple reasons for this: the hosts, the accommodation and the location. Scott and Ashley literally (and I use this word correctly) couldn't have made us feel more welcome. Their knowledge of the area enabled us to enjoy the stunning scenery (the views from the mountains are incredible and are only a short drive away).
