Check in was easy and pleasant. That is where those sentiments end. The area is overrun with homeless and the exterior door that is supposed to be locked after dark is broken and propped open allowing anyone to wander in. Only 1 of the 2 elevators is operational and it smells awful. My room key failed to work 5 times during my 8 night stay and the last time it took the desk agent 20 minutes to get it to open. The toilet was broken and covered in feces stains that was never cleaned after multiple room cleanings. The shower door was broken and impossible to open from the inside and fully closed. Update..... i decided to stay here for the rest of my nursing contract. My only complain are the house keepers. They're so loud, i work nights and need to sleep during the day but they're singing, talking loudly, laughing soooo loud! I called the front desk to complain and they got even louder. On my last night here, one of the housekeepers called me dirty in spanish thinking i don't understand. I understand spanish very well boo. The pros... excellent breakfast. I love the fact that i can watch YouTube on the tv. Very clean rooms. I've come to realize that not all the mattresses in the rooms are the same. The room i was put in this second time, the mattress Wasn't comfortable, the shower water pressure was not good felt like a sprinkle.

The hotel was just ok. Don't understand how it's a 3* hotel. The first room they tried to put us in had damage to the Sheetrock in multiple places. The second room was ok. The location is awful. ********** and homeless people all over the parking lot and surrounding area during the day. At night I'll just say that Ladies of the Night are a plenty. Continental breakfast was meh. There were flies and gnats everywhere. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning.

The worst part? I specifically did not request any cleaning, yet someone still entered my room without permission — and my wallet went missing right after. When I asked to see the camera footage, they fed me the most ridiculous excuse, claiming that “no one stepped off the elevator for two hours.” It’s a HOTEL — people are constantly coming and going. Their story made zero sense and felt like a straight lie. Instead of trying to help, staff acted annoyed and dismissive.
