Positive: Absolute garabge! Negative: - no heat in room- 3 pillows instead of 4- hotel supposed to be ready at 4pm showed up at 7.30pm and not ready- Body wash bottle empty- Conditioner bottle broken - No water pressure- 3 months after opening restaurant not open

I was searching for a hotel in the Nashville area and came across this property. From the moment I connected with Lala via phone call I was impressed. She was polite, patient, and incredibly helpful. Her level of customer service truly stood out and made the experience seamless. She represents the hotel exceptionally well. If you’re considering booking a stay at Harthall Hotel, I highly recommend it, 5 stars!

I visited this hotel in Dec (before Christmas) and was surprised it was 4 stars. I booked through Hotwire and was assigned this hotel randomly. I want to emphasize that this is not a 4 star hotel. The hotel was in a rough neighborhood. The outside has been remodeled and it looks pretty but the inside was another story. It had a very creepy vibe, and I was traveling alone it was scary. You need to use a code to get into your room and into your floor. The hallways had a very creepy ”The Shining” vibe. The room I was assigned was super small. There were stains on the bed, and the floor. The carpet he bed was on was torn with holes. The bed was a “wall bed” I have no idea what it it but it was literally creaking as I took a seat. We ended up staying here unexpectedly after an unprecedented winter storm hit Tennessee and knocked out power across large parts of Nashville. This hotel was genuinely a godsend. The suite-style rooms made a huge difference. Having a kitchen and a separate living area turned what could have been a stressful situation into something manageable, especially since we’re here for an extended stay while waiting on power to be restored at home. Pricing was very reasonable for what you get, particularly given the circumstances. I especially want to call out Lala at the front desk. She’s been trapped at the hotel since Friday due to the weather (it’s now Tuesday) and has been nothing short of incredible. Harthall Hotel - ||The location was perfect. I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms have everything you need; it was more like apartment style hotel. But the bed (queen) was a little uncomfortable for me and hard to get in and out of because the sides are blocked but a weird board. ||||Cons- And I don’t like that the only option for TV is Apple TV subscription. Please Add more TV service Apps besides Apple, I prefer Netflix. ||The room was quiet even though it’s right near the train tracks but you don’t hear a horn but they also leave ear plugs. ||||Pros- The front desk staff if very friendly and pleasant, they was always nice and greeted us each and every time.
