Harris Sea Ranch Motel

We stayed here in the off season (end of October) to attend a concert down the street. We had great customer service from Patrick even before check in. At check in he took the time to show us to our room, showed us how to use the main door after hours, pointed out where the coffee bar was on the first floor if the main office wasn’t open and even helped us bring our things in. He told us that up until last year the hotel had been empty for a few years. Originally built in the 70s, walking into our bathroom was like going back in time! It still has the original pink tile on the walls and pink and gray tile on the floor! Right across from the beach. Big clean rooms with an awesome staff. Within walking distance to everywhere. Definitely recommend staying here.

I can’t say enough good things about this charming place and the WONDERFUL staff, especially Patrick! Our car’s alternator died right after we checked in as we were driving to the parking area. Although we were blocks away, Patrick, the manager, came to us immediately to offer assistance! The purpose of our trip was to attend a music concert our son was performing in at UNH and it looked like we were going to have to miss his concert. Patrick helped us contact a rental car company and personally drove us 30 minutes so we could get there before they closed. If we had gotten an Uber, we never would have made it in time. We got the rental as they were closing and we made it to UNH with 3 minutes to spare. Patrick refused $ for his service, gas, or tolls. He treats his guests like family. And

Perfect getaway for my daughter and I. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The location is superb, parking is easy! The boardwalk has everything you need! Right next to Bernie’s so we loved the free live music!

I recently stayed at Harris Sea Ranch and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the beautiful beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They even had fresh coffee and donuts in the lobby in the morning. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony with a stunning ocean view. The nearby restaurants and shops were also a big plus. Short walk to the Hampton Casino Ballroom. Overall, I highly recommend Harris Sea Ranch for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation. I can't wait to come back!
