Harbor House Inn

Very nice little place. Within walking distance of many shops and dining. Quiet for the most part, nothing they can do about traffic. Very clean, the beds were super comfy. We liked the shade that was a photo of the rock, very unique idea. The room had a fridge, a microwave, and coffee maker so that was nice to have in between our dining adventures. Plenty of plugs for charging all the electronics, a decent selection of TV channels as well. The only small issue we had was with the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers, it was difficult to get them to work. The bottles probably just needed a good shake, but the dispensers were locked.

Very nice casual motel. Great location. Very clean. Staff is friendly & accommodating. We had a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony & partial ocean view. You can walk to restaurants & shops in the area and about (.7 miles) to the water area. Lots of parking. Budget & pet friendly. Coffee in the room but no continental breakfast. Highly recommend when visiting Morro Bay. Photo from the downtown area.

Really exceeded my expectations! The rooms were really nice and felt more luxurious than what you'd expect in a motel/inn. I also appreciated that our room could still see the harbor. Check in/out was very easy and convenient. The location was great too. Just a few blocks from the harbor and many restaurants and cafés within walking distance.

Positive: I?ve stayed here once before, and my only complaint was the abysmal water pressure in the shower. At the time they were supposedly ?working on it.? I am happy to report that that wasn?t a line and they really DID work on it! The water pressure was GREAT. Negative: ""

First time stay but will be back! Staff was friendly. I recommend the king size with fireplace and balcony. Room was super clean. Water pressure was great. Super close to the harbor, restaurants, and fun things to do! Reasonable price.
