Harbor House Hotel & Marina at Pier 21

Wow what can I say about this place except absolutely fantastic. Received a call from Dee the day before checking on things. I honestly have to say never received a call like that before. Got there and got to meet Dee and she was so kind, got us into a beautiful room early. Her kindness shines through and so appreciated. Short walk to cruise terminal or shuttle. After cruise had to go say hi again to Dee and she remembered us and graced us with her kindness. If you want a great stay and staff that truly cares come to this place. We will definitely be back here.

We had a wonderful three night stay pre cruise. Dee called us the day before to see if we needed parking or a shuttle to the cruise port. Dee was also the front desk person whom checked us in. She was amazing, very friendly, helpful, funny. She always greeted us. The rooms were very clean and quiet and the place is very close to everything. You could watch the cruise ships sail in and out. Overall great place and awesome front desk staff. Thanks Dee you are the best and really made our stay one we won’t soon forget.

Arrived the day before a cruise as it’s right next to the cruise port docks. Met with Dee who was awesome. She got us checked in and arranged for a shuttle the next morning to take us to the cruise ship as well as had great knowledge of local attractions and eateries. One of the nicest people we’ve had the pleasure to meet. The room itself looked onto the water, a nice view of some ships. The room was modern, roomy, and uber clean. Bed was very comfortable with nice pillows and bedding. Bathroom/shower was roomy and clean with good lighting. The price is reasonable for a higher end hotel (and well worth it). We will absolutely stay here next time we come to Galveston. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re in Galveston for a cruise.

Positive: Location to the cruise lines Negative: There was a constant banging outside our window - it was incredibly loud. Couldn?t sleep. Did not appreciate the ?upgrade? to a room with a view.

This was such a wonderful place to stay between the view and excellent customer service by Dee. We had a beautiful view of the harbor and enjoyed watching all the boat activity and especially the dolphins. To just be able to go downstairs and step outside to enjoy the harbor was wonderful! Dee consistently went the extra mile and provided warm, friendly customer service every day. I was incredibly impressed! The room was nice. Free breakfast only had simple offerings. Only downsides were that the walls are extremely thin and that place is LOUD. You can hear everyone and everything. It was hard to hear our own TV over the neighbor's. And they have no means of plugging in a fire stick or such for streaming so you are stuck with very few tv channel options if you're stuck inside. Overall it w
