Hampton Village Inn

Dec 4 2025 booked and paid for a room. There was no heat in the room. Went to the front desk 3 times, and it wasn't manned. Called and left 2 messages no response! Temperature was 15 degrees that night. On check out, guy at desk call the owner ( he had a smug attitude with no apologies). Called later and was told the heat is controlled by the air conditioning unit. There was a wall thermostat, and no notice at all from booking personal or signage regarding heat control. Also the bath sink would not drain, the room was in need of a deep renovation and cleaning. My stay there was horrid.

Positive: The price was good, location away from the beach enough for quiet Negative: Pool area was filthy, definitely smelled. The desk guy was very slow and unprofessional. The rooms where okay but the AC unit put out a nasty smell, better to use the window instead.

Only giving toom 4 stars cuz I felt like the jacuzzi in our room had an eerie feeling. That and we had to have someone come fix the hot water for us.

When booking this trip it was completely deceptive. Pics were from 9 years ago and up until last year they were across the street from the beach. Tried contacting them got absolutely no answers and they would not answer my calls. Very underhanded and deceitful. For not much more  money you can be within walking distance of Hampton Beach. Horrible people.

This place was a great value for the area for starters! Traveling as a family, the pool was the perfext size and the hot tub such a great relaxation after a long day! Service was excellent, and room was comfy. Would recommend!
