Hampton Place at Palmetto Dunes

This may be the best place we’ve ever stayed in HHI. Easy access to the beach, great views and not overcrowded. I want to add that I noticed there was a guy cleaning the pools every morning. So glad to see proper maintenance and management. Thank you!!

Excellent location, short walk through the pool area to get to the beach. There is a large family pool and a medium-sized adult-only swim area. A nice raised deck overlooking the beach with swings. Our room had two balconies overlooking the ocean. I wish our condo had had a few condiments and paper products/foli. There are girls in the pool area and a covered pavilion with tables and chairs.

We have rented a condo at the Hampton Place at Palmetto Dunes for several years. Every experience has been wonderful. The units have all been well appointed, clean and access to the beach is amazingly convenient. We are always relaxed and have a wonderful time!

Hampton Place is wonderful with great amenities and excellent view. However, Unit 6401 needs to upgrade its furnishings. We rent different condos at HP 4x per year. We have stayed in some lovely units but this is not one of them. The bedspreads were older, dirty and didn't appear to have been washed for quite awhile. The fitted sheets came off the beds if you turned in bed. There were pillows stacked in the closet but NO pillowcases. We had to go out and purchase pillowcases for our stay and blankets to put on the beds after we took off the dirty spreads. The floor in the main part of the condo is buckling in two different places. We were told about that only once we checked in. "Mike" phoned to inform us but basically was rude and acted as if the condo had been inspected but he had

This is the third year we have stayed in this complex. We stayed in this unit the first year we were here and we really liked it. We got here and had to vacuum ourselves and the floors look like they haven't been properly mopped around the baseboards in a month or two. very disappointed at the lack of cleaning and the rundown wallpaper and things like that that need to be updated plus the 1980s looking sink fixtures that should be updated by now. otherwise it's very nice complex with a great view just needs a little updating and help with the cleaning. Not sure if I'll return next year but would definitely get a different unit even though I love the view from this one.
