Customer Reviews
Ashleigh was great! Very friendly staff. The hotel was pretty busy on a Friday when we stayed, but breakfast was clean and good quality. The rooms are in great condition. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the room, as well as a smart tv, which was a great touch. Impromptu stay to avoid continuing the drive further south through bad weather. I was very impressed!
I stayed at this Hampton for work and honestly, it surprised me in all the right ways. The room was clean, cool, and ready the moment I walked in, which matters a lot when you’ve been on the road all day. The bed was actually comfortable, not “hotel comfortable,” but the kind where you fall asleep faster than you planned. The staff was genuinely kind every time I walked through the lobby. Not fake friendly, just real people who didn’t mind helping or answering a question. Breakfast was solid, plenty to grab before heading out for the job site. The location worked great, easy in and out, and quiet enough that I never heard hallway noise or people above me. After long days on installs, that kind of peace is worth mentioning. Overall, I’d stay here again without thinking twice. Good people, c
The staff were charming! Shout out to Ricky and Ashley for their kindness and good energy! The room was so spacious, spotless, and looked like it had been updated recently. I saw other reviews that mentioned requesting a higher room number to be away from the interstate. I'm from a city, so the noise didn't bother me. However, if you need peace and quiet, request a higher room number. The breakfast was decent! I'm thankful for the available variety. The orange juice tasted a little off, but it was alright.
Positive: Every single staff was kind and helpful! Especially the morning girl! I was sad she wasn't working Friday when I left to tell her how amazing her help was and made it feel like home. Then that morning I left that sweet girl was so so helpful!! Negative: ""
Very nice hotel. Super easy to get on/off the highway. Everything was very clean. The staff were all super friendly (front desk, breakfast area and cleaning crew). Breakfast had a great variety. Everything was fresh. We were surprised that the room charge was $50 more than when we reserved on line. Front desk staff were very kind and explained that it was an incidental charge that would be refunded after we checked out. In case you're wondering, we got the $50 back the very next day. The only reason we didn't rate the room a 5 was due to the bed being too firm. We prefer a softer bed. Other than that, we highly recommend this hotel as a good value place to stay
