Hampton Inn & Suites Wells-Ogunquit

We stayed here for New Year's Eve. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were very polite and courteous. The hot breakfast was an added Plus. The only negative were the pillows where too soft that you would sink in them and the mattresses could use replacing as well. They had a small little side store near the reception area where you could purchase drinks, snack foods, and frozen foods to heat up in a microwave that was also there. Also the rate was very reasonable at this time of year. I went through expedia.com to book the reservation. Would highly recommend as a place to stay if you are in the Wells area.

Positive: The best breakfast selections- kids and parents all found something great for breakfast. Negative: None of us slept that well, mattresses were firm, sheets were a little bit hot/scratchy.

The hotel staff provided exceptional service, particularly the daytime female front desk associate and the gentleman with an Irish accent who worked the night shift. Our party required a last-minute booking, including accommodations for a wheelchair user and our dogs. The front desk associate efficiently secured the perfect rooms, and the night staff member thoughtfully prepared a fresh pot of coffee late in the evening for one of our guests.|The breakfast was satisfactory, and the pool and hot tub were excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the convenience of the guest laundry, gift shop, and small store. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Well designed rooms with the traveler in mind. Our room had a mini frig and microwave, many drawers for storage, a desk, expandable side table, an elevated shelf in the bathroom for toiletries to stay out of the way and dry, and hooks for jackets and purses. In the lobby you will find coffee and teas and a water filtration system (a big plus). The room was very clean (it even smelled clean when you walked in). A good selection was provided for breakfast and the staff was friendly. The lobby is attractive and the rooms seem recently updated. There is a pool and hot tub.

The hotel lobby is very cozy and inviting. Staff is top notch and friendly. Breakfast area is well maintained and is spotless. |Has a very large room which was like 2 rooms with enough space for a family not to get on each other's nerves. The rooms are cleaned daily and there were more than enough towels.|Location is very good too. This is a very nice place to stay. My one caveat would be that there is not enough handicapped parking in the front of the hotel.
