I cant express enough about this hotel and their staff. Especially Sarah. They are compassionate kind and caring. I was put in a unexpected situation and was invited with open arms. Sarah helped me make sure I was safe and okay for the night. I have stayed here several times for business and would recommend to anyone looking for a amazing hotel. Clean friendly and great breakfast in the morning. Thank you to Sarah and the Hampton Inn and suites. Your team is amazing!!

Whenever I travel I automatically lean toward Hilton properties (silver member) especially Hamptons. They usually provide a very solid experience and a level of consistency. This was one of the best nights I’ve had in a Hampton recently. The bed was great, the room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was packed, but the staff did a great job keeping up with the number of people. A great night at a reasonable price.

Positive: The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Negative: The free coffee and breakfast were good enough but the quality was lacking.

We always stay in a Hampton Inn whenever we travel, so we thought this Hampton Inn would be fine. We were wrong. The hallway carpet needed a good vacuum. Our room was tidy, but the furniture was badly scuffed, and obviously old. One blue chair had stains all over the arms. The walls had visual scuff black marks all over. The tv stand was very badly scuffed. The bathroom is old and dingy, the tile floor had white specks of dirt or lint, needed a good mopping!! The mattress was not comfortable at all, and sunk in the middle. We were very disappointed. I actually informed the front desk about the stained chair, his response was, "its a brand new chair". We paid $180 per night for this dump! It was more like a Comfort Inn or Hotel 6 experience.
