Hampton Inn & Suites Shelby

Came in on Friday to officiate a wedding in Kings Mountain where. Snow storm delayed our return home. We were so well cared for and provided for by this team! Special thanks to Nesha, Kassie and Shawn at the front desk. They helped me procure some antacid for mild heartburn, and made sure that the lobby was clean and dry and safe! Also, Lisa did an amazing job with the daily complimentary breakfast. It was fresh, hot, and truly delicious! Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Best of all, it was convenient and easy to navigate. I made sure to tell everyone what a pleasant experience we had. Thank you Hampton Inn and Suites for a 5 star experience!

Our recent stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Shelby, NC, was outstanding. The front desk and breakfast staff provided world-class service. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would like to recognize Ms. Kassie at the front desk and Ms. Llinda, who works in the breakfast area, for their positive attitudes towards customers and their excellent service. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Shelby.

This was a last minute, late night room needed. Destiny at the front desk, Amazing!! She was lively, helpful, and really treated me as a number one guest. She interacted with other patrons as if she knew them forever. I really appreciated her. Room was clean and comfortable. The shower head was the most fantastic shower head I've ever seen in a hotel, ever!! It had great pressure and the settings on it were easy to change especially for someone short. Breakfast was good (the waffles had the imprint of Hamptons logo!) and where the food is served looked as if it was just prepared and put out even though it had been hours. It was absolutely immaculate. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and beyond impressed. They also had pre-packaged paper bags for those in a hurry, no time to sit & ea
