Hampton Inn & Suites San Antonio/Northeast I-35

The hotel has undergone renovations, and the improvements are noticeable. The updated facilities and amenities create a much more pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. The rooms are more stylish, and the common areas are more inviting. Overall, the renovation has significantly enhanced the hotel's quality.

Hampton Inn and Suites are exceptionally clean and provide FRESH dark roast and other caffeine beverages. I love Hampton's strong java. This location is close to HEB, Taco Cabana, gas stations, 7-11, salons, barber shops, restaurants. I am ndver disappointed at Hampton Inn. Bed and linens, just right. The little fridge and micro come in handy. Hampton sells healthy food for micro if you are exhausted and don't want to drive for food. I love being able to wash and dry clothes at ths hotel. Brianna at the front desk, so helpful and has a gorgeous Texas attitude. Super respectful. All the staff are tremendous.Whenever I travel in USA, I stay at Hampton. I am never disappointed.

Modest hotel right on 35. The road is busy and can be hard to leave from during rush hours. Currently a lot of construction on the roads too. A lot of questionable people walking through the parking lot, but we've been fine thus far. Sometimes I see security patrolling which is nice. If you're a light sleeper the highway and trains may bother you. Otherwise it's a fair hotel with a breakfast, never got to try it because work started before they'd be open, but some mornings there were snack bags which is nice too.

The “cockroach hotel”… I travel for business frequently. This was my first time in this hotel and it is in the top 3 worst. I stayed on the third floor and the trampling feet from above was like being in a bad basement apartment. The first morning one of the towels had a massive black hair on it, another a stain.. I figured I will let it be and have room service change it out while I was at meetings… no room service came so I had to request new towels. The next morning I was treated to a massive cockroach in the shower and another on the bathroom counter. I wish I was able to upload the pictures

We got this place because it looks nice in the pics of their site. They fail to let you know it’s currently under construction. There is dust everywhere. The lobby is currently filled with construction items and has plastic covering the entrance to it. The elevators are filthy for the construction. The makeshift breakfast area is also very dirty. If you’re a light sleeper don’t stay here. You can literally hear every car passing by. Oh yeah, the train blaring the horn twice in the middle of the night. The elevators was having trouble operating. I can keep going but I think I make my point. I even let management know about how bad it was. He said that the main contractor is not here so the workers pretty much do whatever. The employees were nice though. Maybe when they finish remodeling it
