Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh Cary Lenovo Center

My spouse is a honors member we have stayed all over and this is yet the best location we’ve ever stayed at our room is clean,tv works, fridge & microwave work coffee and hot chocolate bar by front desk and the breakfast is actually good!! biscuits were fresh muffins fresh & fresh cut fruit no old bananas at this location every problem I’ve had at other locations this one has figured out. me,my dog and spouse enjoyed our stay very much they placed us with easy access outside and we will be staying again. Every person who worked mar 3rd 2026- mar 5 is amazing at this place

Positive: Room was clean, bed was comfortable, friendly staff, wifi was fast and reliable. Negative: Overall room was very nice but there was a poorly patched hole directly above the bed.

Great location, very clean and well maintained property, friendly employees… I checked in late and spoke to Brooks … he was very helpful.. this morning… Sophie who was very visible taking care of the breakfast area … greeted us with a smile and a good morning.. great way to start the day !! Grace was at the front desk and was able to answer all of my questions… a shout out to all of them ! I didn’t get the name of the friendly young lady .. cleaning rooms today on the 3rd floor … the one with the cool glasses ..was also

This is an AMAZING hotel. The beds are comfortable, great shower, spotlessly clean. The suites all have big stainless steel fridges and 2 burner countertops. Did I say spotless? But the staff makes this place so special as well. Stephanie, the Front Desk Manager., but Dyani the Assistant Manager is amazing. We got stuck beyond our reservation because of the snow storm and instead of price gauging us like a lot of hotels would do , she was incredible and understanding and gave us a rate that really helped us. I can’t see enough about this incredible hotel and their staff. If you ever get here in this area, you have got to stay at this hotel. It is beautiful and like I said the staff incredible. This Hampton Inn had wonderful staff, all very friendly & professional. We had our 2 dogs with us & they made us feel very welcome with a room perfectly situated for taking our pups outside for walks. The grounds are well-kept & safe.|The staff, from Kaylia at the front desk, to Sophie helping me make waffles for breakfast, and Angela making sure the room was spic and span for our visit, were amazing. I'll definitely return next time I visit my son.
