Wow excellence! customer service - Leroy assisted check in - polite, informative, checked on us during the stay to make sure all was good. Latasha also checked via text messaging. Sunday morning breakfast host was so friendly telling us about local events. Young lady. Failed to get her name. Will definitely be back. Very clean and inviting.

Mr Calvin I also have problems at this property and I totally understand where you're coming from. When the property was told about the bed bugs in the room and also electrical problems they never fix the issue. The general manager at the hotel whose name is Stephanie made so many excuses and basically lied and said no one reported any issues and that the electrical problem in the bed bugs were my fault. She even made kind of a racial slur to me but there were multiple rooms that had issues with the electrical system and with bed bugs. The hotel itself is very dirty and the upkeep is not good. Also I think in reading your review that she violated Hilton bylaws. If you are filing a lawsuit you are doing the right thing. This hotel is very bad and they blame everybody else when there's issue

We really liked the location of Hampton Inn and Suites Pensacola I-10. The hotel is right off the interstate and near several restaurants. Our room was large, spacious and clean. They do offer complementary breakfast but it is really not very good. Other than that we had a great night of sleep

I had this hotel booked driving from Texas to Orlando and this was our stopping point for the night. All I can say about this place is good things. It was exceptionally clean the free breakfast was great but the staff that I dealt with were absolutely phenomenal. I felt welcomed from the moment I was greeted Lee and Laura were so so friendly they even helped with informing me of what food options were in the area. It is hard to find customer service like this now days and then to add the great room, cleanliness and the very comfortable bed I would stay at this place any time I am in the area. I called the hotel and complimented both Lee and Laura and to hear how happy they were from a simple compliment made me feel great. If you have a chance stay here and again Lee and Laura were absolute
