Hampton Inn & Suites Oklahoma City - South

We arrived and were greeted by a friendly staff member who checked us in efficiently. Traveling from Delaware to AZ, this made a good stopping point for my friend and my dog. The hotel was close to many dining options that were easily accessible by foot or car. Breakfast provided in the AM was a bonus. The rooms were clean and provided what we needed for a quick stop on our route.

The staff was wonderful, everyone we met was very polite, warm, and accommodating. Disliked · The breakfast all had water in it, the orange juice was out, the coffee downstairs was amazing, but the coffee in the room was horrendous, it tasted like dirt and wouldn't even steep. The mattress and pillows felt cheap, and my boyfriend's back locked up after sleeping on it. The mattress felt hollow and bouncy, and the pillows felt like those you buy at the dollar general.

Positive: Price. Front desk person on duty very nice, was waiting for me to arrive. Negative: tired, carpet stsin, ice machine broken on floor

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn OKC south. The check in was ready, even late at night. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The manager was very helpful and thoughtful. There was a hot breakfast and coffee in the morning. Thank you for a nice place to rest for the night.

The staff should get 10 stars instead of 5. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and fresh. They accept dogs and even have doggie areas with supplies. Nice stay.
