Positive: Clean, friendly staff, restaurant attached that was very good, and easy access to roadways to get downtown or around northern suburbs. Plus reasonably priced compared to the overpriced downtown hotels (breakfast in the morning wasn?t bad either). Negative: ""

Location is great & felt safe, with some siren noise from the nearby medical center. Service received was outstanding from the front desk staff during check-in and from the staff replenishing breakfast in the morning. Try the Rock'n dough restaurant attached! We checked in after 8pm and were pleased we could carry out dinner from downstairs around 9pm. We stayed two nights with our toy poodle, having signed a pet agreement on check-in with $75 fee when we gave our card for incidentals. You're given a 'pets at play' placard for your door to notify staff. The pet relief area out back was easy to access and kept very clean, with doggy bags available at a stand. The room was comfortable, well lit, and tv worked well; using the HH app as a remote was a plus. Had to call IT to connect a gaming c

Hotel itself is ok. Room was clean. Everything in the room worked. Bed was comfy. Wish it had a fan in bathroom, though.||Had a beer and appetizer at the attached pizza joint. Wasn't bad.||Had a very noisy neighbor in the room next door, and then a garbage truck that arrived about 2:30am outside our window.. wasn't thrilled about either of them...smh.||If I got peace and quiet next time, all night long, I'd stay here again.||Parking is kinda tight, due to the attached restaurant. Lots of EV chargers on the backside of hotel. People were comimg and going all through out our stay, getting a charge, so it appears that they're not only for the hotel guests.

There are a lot of good things about this property. The staff is friendly, good amenities, nice breakfast buffet, great shower and bed, plenty of charging stations for electric cars, a good restaurant Rock N' Dough attached to the lobby. It's a great all around value. The only thing I would recommend, is that you consider the location. Depending on what you want out of your stay, it's either great or inconvenient. If you are here because you are wanting to be near a loved one in the hospital, it's the BEST option. If you are here on vacation, it's a little far from the typical tourist spots. It is close to a major highway and the hotel offers a shuttle service that makes frequent trips to the city center and Opryland. There is nothing except a car wash and a Walmart within walking distance

The customer service at this establishment consistently receives a perfect rating. I choose this hotel over downtown options primarily due to the exceptional level of customer service provided by the staff, which justifies its location. Guests can approach staff members at any time without feeling as though they are causing an inconvenience. I wholeheartedly endorse staying at this location. The rooms are consistently immaculate, the hotel premises are pristine, breakfast is invariably outstanding, and the parking lot is clean, secure, and equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. A standout feature of the hotel is the outdoor fire pit, offering a delightful setting for socializing with friends and creating lasting memories in the evening air.
