Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville-Airport

I was able to enjoy my birthday week here in Nashville with my girlfriend. She surprised me and booked the hotel and I was impressed with the rooms. I love the fact that food locations were close. This property felt safe as well which we really appreciated. The security company on the property that constantly patrolled made us feel safe. It gave us a peace of mind to not have to worry about our car getting broken into. We will be back in april. Great location and safe!

This is close to the airport but it has been around a while. Bedding needs a refresh. Pillows especially but really all of it. Check in had no recognition of status, a curt clerk and a requirement to walk all the way back to our car to put a card on the dash "or we'd be towed". Checkout clerk was nice.

There was only 1 person the entire time I stayed that was a good representative of the company and it was a guy at the front desk. Other than that, completely horrible experience. They had a sanders or some sort of equipment running all day and all night in the room next door or close by, the breakfast I almost don’t even want to get started on but absolutely disgusting. It was a running joke with one of the workers I was with that it was Egg soup. Unless you eat the toast only. Don’t eat the breakfast. Also the guy that takes care of the breakfast watches you like a hawk like he is paid for the breakfast your eating which is really uncomfortable. On top of all this. The front desk attendant was not at all friendly when we checked in. The rooms are clean enough but the beds are old spring mattresses which are not at all comfortable. Rooms have the bare minimum and they do not even have a bottle of water. Super friendly attendant when we checked out, especially for it being 5am! Would not recommend based on this experience however it is really conveniently located to the airport however there are several other places to choose from in the same area.
