Hampton Inn & Suites Mission

Before you book, make sure their renovations are complete! My husband & I came for a quick get a way & some rest for a birthday weekend- before 8 am on Saturday morning we heard drilling, hammering, moving furniture. I called the front desk & I was informed the noise was due to remodeling on the 3rd floor. Then why were we put on the 2 nd floor when the hotel seems to be pretty empty this time of the year? Very few cars in the parking lot. Needless to say- not a restful weekend.

Gloria, the breakfast attendant was very helpful. Breakfast was good she kept making sure the food was out. I notice she went by and ask everyone if we needed anything. Sometimes little things like this make a difference when staying in a hotel. She kept her working area clean. Thank you Gloria

I stayed at this hotel a week ago and it was a great stay! Rooms are comfy and breakfast was great! The lady at breakfast I believe her name is Gloria if I'm not mistaken, She treated us so kind and was very welcoming best customer service we have received at any hotel we been to. I 100% recommend staying here.
