Hampton Inn & Suites Leesburg

The room seemed clean. Reviews said they had a renovation recently. The sink was tiny and didn’t drain. Water pressure was a disaster. Air conditioner was super loud! Others in our party had leaks in the ceiling of their bathroom, soap & shampoo dispensers were ripped off and just laying around, and some reported NO hot water!Breakfast was not very good and food was not replenished very often. Had to ask for more to be put out. Must be very short staffed. Both mornings they ran out of all coffee in both the lobby area and the breakfast area. Very poorly managed!! Not deserving of the Hampton/Hilton brand. Will never stay again!!

Room was clean - socks only clean... and spacious... almost to the point of no courtesy flush needed - almost. Staff was friendly, and... I ate the breakfast both days... I usually throw out my uneaten breakfast on day 1 and foresake breakfast day 2... My only complaint - and I like to complain - is that the gps address link takes you to the hotel next door - and - they know about it. They need to give a qualified I.T. tech a double latte and a private office and fix this... knowing that, I'll be back.

Hilton is slipping!! The room showed signs of neglect. Upon checkout after 1 night, I told desk person about dirty mirrors, vents and heat/cooling unit stains on bathroom counter and No Shampoo in Shampoo bottle in shower (which I didn't find out until I was IN the shower trying to wash my hair). She said "Sorry". Breakfast was nasty and eating area tables were held stable by napkins shoved under the legs. Will not go back there. May let my Hilton Honors membership go.

The Hampton was a great choice for a weekend family function in a nearby town. The staff & management was A+, & helped us as we dealt with an unfortunate motor vehicle issue we had during our visit. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Staff was great but appeared uninformed on room availability. Room we were given didn't have hot water and the shower head pressure was extremely weak. Was told that the hot water needs to run for 10 minutes because we were on the far side of the building. Was offered a move to another room and when I went to review it, the bed was unmade, towels in the tub etc. Stayed in our original room.
