Hampton Inn & Suites Houston-Cypress Station

I stay at this hotel frequently, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The property is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming but what truly makes the experience stand out is the incredible staff. I have honestly never had a negative interaction with anyone here; every single team member has treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. A special thank you to Kevin, who consistently goes above and beyond each time I stay. He makes the experience feel personal, smooth, and stress-free, and his dedication never goes unnoticed. It’s rare to find a place where you feel valued by everyone you encounter, and this hotel delivers that every single time. Highly recommend!

We have had a strange extended stay due to unforeseen circumstances in transportation. Thankfully we chose to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites at Cypress Station in Houston because the staff here have been extremely helpful and kind. Vanessa made our check-in process a friendly breeze and Kevin, the manager, has extended us a warm welcome and been accommodating as we have had to change our plans. Breakfast is the best with the tasty spread provided by the lovely Yanitza, with her warm smile and attention to detail. The housekeeping staff are attentive and thorough, they welcome our two canine traveling companions without a fuss. The room is comfortable, spacious and quiet. We have been able to do our laundry in a clean laundry room. And the pool and fitness room have kept us somewhat activ

Kevin was MORE than helpful during our stay! Hotel is strategically located just north of Houston. Service was exceptional! Indoor pool was perfect for our family. Kevin greeted us by name every time we left or entered the hotel, made sure our rooms were ready for an early arrival, and even made gift bags for us (Christmas time stay)..He made us feel extremely welcomed-will be staying here again when we visit family in the area! Great hotel for the price!

This hotel is conveniently located, clean, and has a a lot of amenities. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate. What sets this hotel apart is the service. Kevin was attentive and helpful. Janitza was amazing each morning in the kitchen area. She was attentive, friendly, and so hospitable. I can’t say enough about the good service we enjoyed.
