Hampton Inn & Suites Grenada

Work trip, couldn't ask for a better hotel. Rooms are updated with large tv's and device charging stations with plenty of spare outlets. The beds are very comfortable, four pillows per bed! Good size refrigerator that works great as well as a microwave and coffee maker. Nice marble bathroom accents, large mirror with accent lighting. Nice bathtub and shower, neatly organized towels and washcloths. Large tapestries and decorative lamps. Large outdoor pool and hot tub! A pleasant stay at a very comfortable location! What more could I say, it's a short distance from many food locations and a freshly remodeled Walmart!

This was a room that was available when none elsewhere were. I needed it and it totally did its job. I had a good rest and an included breakfast only a southern woman knows how. It's made with so much love you can actually taste it! I tip my hat to the early morning workers in Granada. Your love shows in your work.

I have stayed at this location 20-30 nights a year for 3 years. I have lifetime diamond status but this was the best hotel in this area rewards not withstanding. However there has been an ongoing problem with water pressure and availability of hot water for some time. My last stay,September 11, there was no water from 2 am until sometime after 9 am. Holiday Inn across the road allowed me to check in at 6 am (thank you) so I was able to shower for my meeting. This is unacceptable for any hotel and is not a new issue here. I will not stay there again. If you stay there bring and fill 2 5 gallon buckets so at least you’ll will be able to flush🐒 the toilet.

First time staying here, and it was alright. As a Hilton Honors member, it was easy, as always, to check in through the app and avoid the front desk. The rooms were not bad. The location isn't the greatest, you are somewhat near restaurants, but it is hard to walk certain places without sidewalks.
