Comfort Inn & Suites Grenada

Room was mildew and mold smelling, the shower curtain hadn't been changed the windows curtain didn't close and the also had mold growth. No matter me putting in and glade plug-in the room still smelled horrible. No grab bar in the shower for elderly in case of a fall.They should've provided us with a larger room because it was 3 of us, I thought all the rooms were the same size until we visited with other guest and their rooms on the 2nd floor were much larger.

Hello Traveler’s, this hotels renovation is beautifully designed and we highly recommend it! ||My daughter has taken her first solo trip, and was thoroughly impressed with the beauty of the Comfort Inn and Suites in Grenada MS! ||The suite itself was extremely clean, beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. ||Ms. Patrica whom is the manger there, was an absolute pleasure to speak with prior to her arrival. I can say the staff I spoke with prior to her arrival and this morning on her way out, were just lovely and a pleasure to speak with,|kind, polite, friendly with excellent manors. My daughter said the same. ||I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler’s making their way through MS. We would definitely stay there again.||Grateful for the excellent hospitality they

We had prepaid and arrived very late, but when we got to the hotel it smelled like it had flooded previously in the lobby. When we got to the room, the smell was the same. There was graffiti on the lampshade and a large stink bug on the wall near the ceiling. The sheets were clean. The staff was very kind and friendly but the environment and smell made it hard to get comfortable and sleep. I don’t think I would stay here again unless I saw it was renovated.

Staff was very nice. Room was nice and clean (a suite). Shower should have a light above or closer by, handrails and anti-slip material in the bathtub. It truly is dangerous especially to older patrons. AC worked fine although thermostat was coming off the wall. (room 203). Breakfast was really sub-par. No eggs (worker said they were waiting on a truck). Clearly all the food is not prepared on site, which I suppose I understand. Coffee was out by 9:10am even though service is thru 9:30am. Price was a bit high given above. If not for these reasons, I'd give it a 10.

Well because I stayed two nights actually.. and the second night I had to change rooms because my room would not cool off. And the worst part was that I was walking out the front door to leave and the rug in front of the door slid down underneath me and made me fall, I even ended up breaking my partial denture plate because I bit down too hard on it. Otherwise the people were nice and it was mostly quiet. So in the end, fix the rug at the front door and maybe try telling you guest that you are sorry she fell and has to buy a new denture partial that you’re at the very least sorry she fell.
