Customer Reviews
Loved this place. Nice high ceilings in the lobby, very clean. The staff were friendly. They were just pleasant, relaxed, happy to help. There was a fire facing the check-in desk. It was a nice touch. Very close to Exeter as well. I used their weight room, also meticulously clean. Nice, quiet hotel. I hung out near the lobby fireplace working into the evening. This might be one of my favorite Hampton Inns. We brought our dog and our own dog bed and he slept well. My spouse said the staff were accommodating. They allowed our 60-pound poodle for a $50 one-time charge. They have complimentary breakfast in the morning and a nice common area to dine and socialize.
Positive: The location was excellent for our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Negative: ""
My experience was wonderful Ryan at the front desk was so accommodating when I got in a little bit late. I really wanted a room with a bathtub and I got it no problem. The room was very nice and I could adjust the temperature which made it even nicer to be warm. The bathroom had everything in it to include hand, cream, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and wash gel put all in larger container so I did not have to throw out all those small little containers The breakfast was phenomenal. The woman working the breakfast was so very nice and helpful to everybody that was trying to learn how to use the waffle maker or where to find certain things. It was just so nice to have a warm breakfast to go downstairs too and not break the bank. I would highly recommend.
We had a lovely stay at the Hampton Inn while passing through Exeter. Decent walking location to some local restaurants and adjacent to Exeter Hospital. The rooms were very clean, large, and quiet with ample (free) parking. Typical Hampton Inn breakfast, nothing to write home about but overall very impressed with our stay.
A very well maintained and well managed hotel. I was most impressed by the friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness of the veteran staff and the cleanliness of the property, both inside and out. The general manager, who was manning the desk on Thanksgiving morning, said, “I’m fortunate to have a great team!”|Our room was very comfortable and well furnished. It certainly had everything we needed. The breakfast room is comfortable and the breakfast buffet was good…great waffles! |This was our first experience with digital keys and we liked it. Key cards are available for those unsure about digital keys.|The Hampton Inn is located on a busy street with several options for dining. It’s also an easy walk or drive from the heart of Exeter. The Exeter Hospital is adjacent to the property.|We
