Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus-Easton Area

We had a terrible experience this past Saturday night (February 28th) with this hotel. We booked a room through Expedia, which said they had rooms left mind you. Yes it was late but REGARDLESS, if it states there are rooms available, you can book them. Anyways, we arrive at the hotel at approximately 10:15-10:20 pm (which I have proof of through my Life360.) When we arrive, the man at the front desk looks up my name and then my fiances name, checked both ideas to verify who we were that booked a room. Messes around for a little bit and then chases a man down the hallway that apparently wasn’t supposed to be there? Then after that disaster, comes back to the front desk to look at his computer again to then tell us “oh uh yeah we don’t even have any rooms left, Expedia should’ve not let you

First of all, this review could very well be a 5/5, but the staff really didn’t care to do anything to solve my issue. We stayed here in August of 2025. Another review said that the toilets clog very easily and sure enough my kid clogged up the toilet. I told the front desk around 5 pm and they said they would send someone up with a plunger. I left the home and came back about 8:30 pm and nobody had done anything. I called the front desk and they requested I come to the front desk. I went down there and they said they didn’t have a plunger anywhere and they would notify the night guy. I assumed this mean they were notifying a maintenance guy who was coming in later. Fantastic experience. Stayed here for a work trip. Holly and Tinnisha at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful with questions about breakfast and the exercise room. The bed was comfortable, the sheets and shower clean, and access to Easton mall easy and immediate. Solid choice for an overnight stay.

**Quick, Perfect Stopover! The Hampton Inn Easton was the ideal overnight stop coming from D.C. to Fort Wayne. Our family of four appreciated the quick, easy check-in and the **spotless, comfortable two-queen room** for a restful night. The **free hot breakfast** was a huge time-saver for getting back on I-70 fast. Fantastic value and reliability—exactly what we needed!

Front desk ladies disappears and no one is at the front desks for minutes. Very rude and the rooms smelled. The carpet stinks and mold was around the tub handles. Hot water wasn't hot. The Lady at the front I couldn't get her name when we checked in needs to be re trained on her customer service skills. I'm done with Hilton!!! So much for being a member. I'm going back to Marriott
