Hampton Inn & Suites Colorado Springs/I-25 South

I had a great stay here while passing through with a moving truck. They accommodated parking for the moving truck perfectly and were very communicative about their construction process and all other pertinent information. Sherri was especially fantastic and we had a lovely conversation about my new city, moves, and even connected a little on a personal level! That human touch is so nice while on the road and was really appreciated. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains which was a great added element. There were many dining options near by as well as a Target to stock up on some essentials. The breakfast was fantastic and Carolyn does a really great job, plus is such a bright personality and a conversation with her is great way to start off your day! I would definitely stay

The entire staff at this location is excellent at taking care of their customers. This includes Carolyn, Dani, Lydia, Jennifer, Laura, Edward, Kelvin Jason and all other employees. I have stayed at this Hampton Inn location on Geyser drive 6-12 nights a month for over a year. The property is well taken care of and clean. They continually provide their customers the best service possible whether it be suggestions for restaurants or directions to some of Colorado Springs attractions. They typically provide a nightly treat of freshly prepared chocolate chip cookies that always seem to comfort the guests with smiles. I also need to mention that I stay at a lot of Hilton locations and this location has the best breakfast out of all of the locations I've stayed at...all thanks to Ms. Carol

Only 3 stars because of the construction and drawers / closet, would be 4 stars if no construction, so that's just temporary. The staff and the breakfast make it worth it!! I do recommend staying here, but be aware of a few things. As I mentioned, it's under construction, but they are very accommodating and understanding. There's no construction noise in the early mornings or evenings, which was very important. The rooms have less drawer space that many other Hilton / Hampton / Embassy we've stayed at but that's probably not a problem for most people. Stayed here for an event, price and value was great overall, the staff was really friendly overall (although they failed to mention that there was water pipe damage that was getting fixed so there was temporarily no water, and when we asked the man insisted he told us when not one in my group who was there heard him tell us but not the biggest of deals), the hotel isn’t luxurious by any means but the pool and hot tub was nice and complimentary breakfast is always a plus and was delicious and the location offers many options for eating out. Really the only downside is them HDMI blocking their TVs, really brings the value way down when we can’t use our own devices on the TV because they intentionally disable the HDMI ports so be warned if you planned on using a Roku/Firestick or hooking up a

Currently under construction. They did a great job keeping the noise down but limited to 1 elevator. Breakfast was self serve but had both hot and cold foods on the menu. Choices were limited but sufficient. Rooms were clean and service did great when we needed things.
