Hampton Inn & Suites Colorado Springs-Air Force Academy-I-25 North

Fantastic stay, only issue was other guests were a group there for a gymnastics tournament who in the morning stacked all their luggage blocking the walkways and stood talking so you couldnt walk by, but that was not the fault of the hotel. Breakfast was stellar, the man keeping it clean and full was an absolute saint with all those kids running around in there making messes. Room was clean and super nice. Pool was great and sitting in the outdoor hot tub in the snow was beautiful.

This hotel is very convenient to I-25. The staff was very friendly, and the bed was very comfortable! This provided an excellent night of sleep. The breakfast is a typical Hampton breakfast. Nothing fancy, but certainly enough variety to get your day started.

All staff were polite, courteous and attentive, especially the front desk crew. Hotel was clean, extensive breakfast that was actually good. The rooms were "run of the mill"but clean and comfortable. Great location.

Stayed there last Tuesday night until Wednesday morning. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind. She checked us in early and let us check out late as well. The rooms were clean and I felt comfortable staying the night there. Overall, It is definitely one of the best Hampton Inns I’ve ever been in.

Room was not ready at check in time... +30 minutes after checking we asked for another room. Sewage leak in stairwell that staff knew about but did not put signs up to prevent people walking into it. Breakfast one morning was not ready at opening time and what was ready was cold... Staff member was not trained... Poor guy was left in the learch by manager who did not show up to train him that morning. Sink drain in bathroom stank, 3 pieces of facial tissue in box in room. Room was clean but general areas in hotel were not. TV did not work all evening... Cable service unavailable. Disaster of a stay overall.
