Hotel is decent, but needs work in rooms.. Breakfast 4/5. Has eggs, hash, 3 choice of cereal (lucky charms, raisin bran, graham crackers), boiled eggs, bananas, yogurt, waffles, bagals, oatmeal; choice of apple, kiwi, orange, water. Rooms are 4/5; light shade in room was damaged. Hotel room Bathroom 3/5. Renovated bathrooms look good but quality of craftsmanship is lacking.. Shower door was loose with frame barely held in, paint/water damage, shower head was loose and spraying water.

The services were great, from the moment we walked in. However the rooms needs to be updated and the walls are very thin. Had guests next room talking and it was as if they we were all in the same room. The breakfast was nice but the server or the attended is super at her job (Ms. Patty).

I'm a Hilton honors member. I booked this thru a 3rd party site. My bad!! Upon checkin and giving the counter person my Hilton Honors number, she wouldn't give me a complimentary water because I book thru a 3rd party site. Too bad she said. Our room only had one desk chair, no coffee table, no other place to sit. It was missing lights as the room was dark. Went to breakfast at 930, stop serving at 1000, no eggs, sausage or muffins left . By 0955, no food put out. Don't go to breakfast in the last half hour, no food. The pictures on the website are not the King rooms but the suites. This place is awful and the staff doesn't care to do anything about it. I complained but nothing was changed. They text and ask how was your checkin and room? I told them and they said too bad. Upon check out,

I don't often write reviews of businesses, but I hope this one gets the attention of the owners and managers of this property. Over the years I have often stayed at Hampton Inns and they have always been a good mix between comfortable and affordable. However, this particular property has seen its better years. First off, the check in process was smooth and easy. Other than the fact that the front desk staff was talking so fast it sounded like she was speaking a different language and acting like she was ready to get off and go do whatever, it was fine. When we got into the room, the first thing I noticed was the arm chair in the corner with a broken leg. Next when I went to the bathroom, I found 2 out of the 5 towel holders were falling off the wall as their anchors had pulled throug

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.
