We stayed for 3 nights February 2026. Our room received no housekeeping at all during this time. I know this has become the new normal but given the price I don't think zero housekeeping is reasonable. I did have to get a staff member to get me fresh towels. It's also unrealistic to expect that the tiny trash cans in the rooms will last Thu-Sun without overfilling. We woke up at 2 am to water leaking through the ceiling of the bathroom into the tub. By the morning it had stopped. We notified the front desk and they said they'd get someone on it. I don't know if they ever did, but the problem didn't recur. The indoor pool was *cold*. Last minute visit with friends,|Easy check in and check out with friendly staff. Maintenance staff particularly friendly around the hotel. Room was very clean and beds comfortable, good size and nice touch in the bathroom was a nail file which I needed. Breakfast range looked great except nothing there at 8am and I waited for a while everything empty. A lot of people|Piling up takeaway boxes totally unfair.

I booked to stay last night. Did the check in the night before to do contactless check in, it let me chose my room and said it was preparing room all that good stuff. Got off my 13hr shift went to the hotel and the digital key wasnt ready yet still, so I had to go to the check in desk. Of course there was a line to check in no biggie I waiting got up to the desk and still had to wait while the lady took calls first. When she finally got to me she said the reason my digital key wasnt working is because they no longer had the rooms I booked for. So at this point im frustrated and highly confused because not only did I do the check in online and it allowed me to chose the room but I had paid in advance days prior. You know the only reason I'm doing a 1 Star is because I was lied to. The hotel is great, great location as it was located not far from the hospital where they had my grand mother in end of life care. But when I called up their customer service, I was told they had to put a credit card (Business Credit Card) in file for "guarantee" but I was going to pay cash upon checkout (since this was a personal trip and not business), which I was routinely told was fine. Everyday, the reauthorized my card for additional amounts, which, ok, I'll get those back. Spoke to Front Desk Supervisor and General Manager and everything was setup and good to go. I get a call this morning that we need to get to hospice and so I go down to checkout, since I don't think I would be back by checkout time, and the guy
