Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Watertown

Best Hampton Inn anywhere! I truly appreciate the customer service. They are all very accommodating and attentive to the needs of their guests. For example, they provide helpful guides for services, events, and restaurants around the local area. Additionally, they took the time to look up restaurants that are open over Thanksgiving. My team is also comprised of military and Veterans. The staff is frequently thanking us for our service, and make it known they appreciate the our service. In short, you will not find a hotel with nicer staff and awesome customer service!!

I had such a wonderful experience during my stay! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating to any requests I had. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It’s clear that the team here truly cares about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! Sarah the receptionist was amazing and super accommodating.

This Hampton is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Very friendly staff. Nice pool/hot tub. Great coffee. Didn’t get to try the breakfast because we left early but it smelled fantastic!

This hotel has a warm vintage feel to it. They even have wet hand towels located by the elevator! To wipe one's hands; something i haven't seen in many years! I was impressed. I will definitely re-visit!
