Best Western Watertown Inn and Suites

Very convenient location. The rooms were perfectly clean. The beds very very comfortable. The pool area was loud as to be expected, but seemed maintained ok, and was warm until someone propped a door open... love the different room choices and layouts. Breakfast was great! The yogurt machine was a great addition to the standard hotel fare. All the staff was great and seemed to be working hard whenever you saw them.

I was in town for a family member’s wedding. Stayed two nights. |There was a cheerleader competition that weekend and pheasant hunting season so the hotel was quite busy, but the staff handled it very well. Every member of the staff from front desk to housekeeping were very pleasant. |The room was quite large, the hotel quiet despite the large amount of young people staying there. Free ample parking. Bed was comfortable and the room very clean. Not specific to this hotel, but most in general, the toilet I found to be very low to the floor. I really wish that this would be addressed with all hotels. |The kids made full use of the water park and so did most of the cheerleaders! The people at the front desk were not very friendly. They never spoke to us when we came in or out, while we were there for an entire week. The hotel is an older hotel, but maintained pretty well. We had a one bedroom suite, and it was very comfortable. It had a TV in the living area, and bedroom. It was easy to connect my Chrome Cast and use with the TV's too. Wi-Fi was very good as well. The bed was comfortable for me, but not for my wife. She thought it was too firm. The sink was in the bedroom area, which some might not like. But we thought it was fine because one could take a shower while the other used the sink and mirror. The breakfast was ok, with standard self serve fare, nothing special.

We appreciated the laid back family atmosphere. The queen suite room was as anticipated. The pool area was a hit and appropriate for a variety of ages. We plan to stay here again.
