Budget One Motel

The management is very polite and friendly. Brandi and Justin are really working hard to clean up the reputation that this motel has gotten over the years and they are doing an awesome job. The rooms are clean and comfortable. As a senior and new to the area I cannot speak to what it was like in the past but as far as my stay has been I would recommend it to everyone. I really feel comfortable and safe staying here it is very affordable, convienient and mainly clean while I am in transition of having my home built or purchasing my new home.

Surprisingly cozy hotel. Great A/C & extensive channel selection. More hot water than you can stand. Mini fridge, microwave & coffee pot. Currently going through updates & improvements. Sarah is super friendly & full of great local info. The occasional cookouts are absolutely delicious, dry rub on ribs & tri-tip. And not to mention the most affordable rates in town are great for the working man.

I paid $45 for a single on a Sunday. I was afraid it might be a smelly, run down, infested dump. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the room was nice - for the price - with fairly new carpeting, clean bedding, a mattress that looked under a year old and was very soft and comfortable, and best of all, there were no roaches and no signs of bedbugs. I would stay here again, for sure.

Outstanding service! Comfortable beds. My room felt like i was right at home. Staff is all smiles and friendly, and the property manager is amazing!! Will definitely stay again!

Worse service ever. The lady making reservations and handling the phone is just awful. She sounds like she hates her life and she was very rude to me and hung up on me several times. I asked to cancel the room and she did not make me feel at ease about it. She assumed I was someone else and told me she canceled it already and then hung up. I had to call back and she was still rude and as soon as I gave her my name she hung up. I never actually stayed there but from other reviews I read, it does not look like a very pleasant place.
